Prices shown are in Canadian dollars. We reserve the right to change the price of products without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time without notice.
All our products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose a maximum quantity per order on any given order.
Some products may only be available online on our website.
Because our products are made from natural ingredients with as little processing as possible, it is possible to observe variations from one product to another in terms of color, texture, taste or smell compared to previously purchased products.
All our products have been approved and subjected to qualitative and quantitative testings to guarantee the highest standards of quality.
If you notice a slight deposit in your bottles, this is normal, as the oil used in our products is of the highest quality and has not been overfiltered to preserve its raw, natural character.
- PAYMENT AND BILLING INFORMATION
Payment on our website is made through the online payment solution Stripe.
By using a credit card, you guarantee that you are authorized to use this means of payment and that you authorize Stripe to debit the total amount of the order, including the amount of your purchase as well as delivery fees (if applicable), taxes (if applicable) and other charges.
If your payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or not accepted, your order will be suspended or cancelled.
- DELIVERY
We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to restrict sales of our products or services to a particular person, geographic region, country or territory.
Once your order has been confirmed, Les Truffettes will lovingly prepare your order. Each item is carefully packed in a box or a box with a cardboard divider, ensuring that you’ll receive beautiful bottles at home.
Orders placed through our online store are processed within a maximum of 5 working days. Please allow 5 to 10 days from dispatch to receive your order.
You agree to pay the shipping and handling charges displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time. However, before you make your purchase you will always be informed of the fees you will have to pay before finalizing your order.
- RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS
When receiving products, you are responsible for inspecting all products received for any damage that may have occurred during delivery.
If you receive your order with a missing product, please contact us by e-mail. The missing product can be replaced if you wish, and we will assume the shipping costs with our sincerest apologies. If you no longer wish to receive the missing product or if there are no products left in stock, we will refund the purchase price of the product.
- ORDER MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION
If you wish to make changes to an order you have just placed, please contact us by e-mail at info@lestruffettes.com, indicating your order number and the changes you wish to make. We can modify your order during the first hour following your completed purchase on our website. After that, we can’t do any modification.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us by e-mail at info@lestruffettes.com, quoting your order number.
Please note that it may not be possible to modify or cancel your initial order as your order may already be processed.
- RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do not accept returns on opened and/or used products.
A product ordered by mistake and delivered in good condition can be exchanged or refunded. However, the product should be returned in its original packaging within thirty (30) days at the customer’s expense.
We will notify you by e-mail of any refund made to your credit card.
We do not reimburse delivery costs when exchanging or refunding a product in good condition.
If a product does not match your order, contact us immediately by e-mail with your order number. We will cover all costs of returning the product.
