During our first burglary, we stole one of the rarest mushrooms on the planet: the Appalachian truffle . Nothing less!

Our story

What an honor to contribute to the early pages of Quebec's truffle history, alongside local chefs and delicatessens. Together, we celebrate the rise of a gastronomy deeply rooted in our forests. After more than three years of passion and research, we are proud to present our very first products, carefully crafted to reveal the unique taste of Quebec's native truffles. Much more than simple ingredients, they are a reflection of our terroir and the promise of gourmet moments to share.
