All our products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose a maximum quantity per order on any order.

Some products may only be available to order online through our website.

Because our products are made from natural ingredients with minimal processing, variations in color, texture, taste, or odor may occur from product to product compared to previously purchased products.

All our products have been approved and subjected to qualitative and quantitative tests to guarantee you the highest quality standards.

If you observe a slight sediment in your bottles, this is expected as the oil used in our products is of high quality and has not been over-filtered to preserve its raw and natural side.

1. PAYMENT AND BILLING INFORMATION
   
   

Payment on our website is made through the online payment solution NAME OF OUR SOLUTION.

By using a credit card you guarantee that you are authorized to use this payment method and that you authorize NOM DE OUR SOLUTION to debit the total amount of the order, including the amount of your purchase as well as delivery costs (if applicable), taxes (if applicable) and other charges.

When your payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or not accepted, your order will be suspended or canceled.

1. DELIVERY
   
   

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, country or territory.

Once your order is confirmed, Les Truffettes will lovingly prepare it. Each item is carefully packaged in a box or a box with a cardboard divider, ensuring you receive beautiful bottles at home.

Orders placed on our online store are processed within 5 business days. Please allow 5 to 10 days from shipment to receive your order.

You agree to pay the shipping and handling fees displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add, or eliminate shipping and handling fees from time to time. However, you will always be informed of the fees you will be charged before you complete your order.

1. RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS
   
   

Upon receipt of the products, you are responsible for inspecting all products received to see if there is any damage that may have occurred during delivery.

If you receive your order with a missing product, please contact us by email . The missing product can be replaced if you wish, and we will cover the delivery costs with our sincere apologies. If you no longer wish to receive the missing product or if it is no longer in stock, we undertake to refund you the purchase price of the product.

1. MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF ORDER
   
   

If you wish to make changes to an order you have just placed, please contact us by email at info@lestruffettes.com , indicating your order number and the changes you wish to make. We can modify your order within the first hour after your purchase has been completed on our website. After that, we are unable to do so.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us by email at info@lestruffettes.com , indicating your order number.

Please note that it may not be possible to modify or cancel your initial order because orders are processed upon receipt.

1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
   
   

We do not accept any returns on opened and/or used products.

A product ordered in error and delivered in good condition may be exchanged or refunded. However, the product should be returned in its original packaging within thirty (30) days at the customer's expense.

We will notify you by email of any refund made to your credit card.

We do not refund delivery costs when exchanging or refunding a product in good condition.

If a product does not match your order, contact us immediately by email with your order number. We will cover all costs for returning the product.
