INGREDIENTS
- 1 whole camembert (approx. 250g)
- 6 to 8 pitted prunes, diced
- 2 tbsp. Appalachian truffle-flavored oil
- 2 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
- A handful of walnuts, roughly chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh bread or baguette, for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Carefully cut the camembert in half horizontally, to obtain two discs.
- Arrange the pitted prunes on one of the camembert discs.
- Drizzle the honey over the prunes.
- Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
- Close the cheese with the other half of the camembert.
- Wrap the camembert in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, until the cheese is well melted inside.
