Here is the ideal recipe to impress your guests at aperitif time! A delicious Soft camembert with prunes enhanced with Appalachian truffle-flavored oil.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 whole Camembert (approximately 250g)
- 6 to 8 pitted and diced prunes
- 2 tbsp. Appalachian truffle flavored oil
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- A handful of walnuts, roughly chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh bread or baguette, to serve
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Carefully cut the Camembert in half horizontally, to obtain two discs.
- Place the pitted prunes on one of the Camembert discs.
- Pour the honey over the prunes.
- Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
- Close the cheese with the other half of the Camembert.
- Wrap the Camembert in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted inside.
- Add a nice drizzle of Appalachian truffle flavored oil as a finishing touch.
Serve warm with fresh bread or baguette.
