INGREDIENTS
- 1½ cups white flour
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- ⅔ cup sugar
- 1 cup coarsely chopped dates
- 2 eggs
- ⅔ cup of water
- ⅓ cup truffle-flavored mayonnaise from Les Truffettes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the eggs, water and mayonnaise.
- Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Place in a bread pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 50 minutes.
