INGREDIENTS
- 4 fresh ears
- 3 teaspoons of softened unsalted butter
- 4 teaspoons of Appalachian truffle-flavored oil
- BBQ spices or seasoning (optional)
- Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the ears of corn without completely detaching the husks, folding them back towards the stalk to expose all the corn. To use the husks as a support, tie them together with butcher's twine.
- Preheat half of the barbecue to medium-high heat. Oil the grill.
- Brush the corn with softened butter and grill for 10 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- Remove the corn from the BBQ and brush it with Appalachian truffle-flavored oil. Season to taste; we like to add BBQ spices…why not!
- Serve immediately and above all, don't forget to lick your fingers! It's so good!
