The summer classic, eaten by the pool with a tomato sandwich and cheese curds : Yum! It tastes like vacation with a little twist superstar of come back !
INGREDIENTS
- 4 fresh ears of corn
- 3 tsp softened unsalted butter
- 4 tsp. Appalachian truffle flavored oil
- Spices or BBQ seasoning (optional)
- Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the corn cobs without completely detaching the husks, folding them back toward the stalk to release all the corn. To use the husks as a support, tie them with butcher's twine.
- Preheat half of the grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grill.
- Brush the corn with softened butter and grill for 10 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- Remove the corn from the grill and brush it with Appalachian truffle oil. Season to taste; we like to add BBQ spices...why not!
- Serve immediately and, above all, don't forget to lick your fingers! It's so good!
