HERE IT IS! Truffled Beetroot Hummus Duo with Miett Chips
A PURE DELIGHT to eat your chips without guilt!
INGREDIENTS
- 5 medium cooked beets
- 1 can (540 ml) of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup of tea with lemon juice
- 1 pinch of kosher salt
- 1 drizzle of vegetable oil of your choice for consistency
- 2 tbsp Appalachian truffle flavored oil for taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a food processor except the oils and puree.
- Add a drizzle of vegetable oil while the mixer is running to achieve a smooth consistency. Add more oil for a frothier consistency.
- Once the desired consistency is achieved, add the Appalachian truffle flavored oil while running the food processor.
- Taste and adjust the assessment as you wish.
Serve with your favorite vegetables to disguise one or two bags of Miett BBQ Maple chips.
