As part of MYCO – Le Rendez-vous de la Gastronomie Forestière 2025, Les Truffettes were featured at some of the best restaurants in the Mauricie region. We were particularly impressed by the tostada created by Chef Gerardo Jeramillo of Mezcal Taqueria ! He kindly agreed to share his recipe with us.
