A beef carpaccio drizzled with Truffle-flavored oil from the Appalachians of Quebec . It's already making your mouth water, isn't it? It's simple, it's delicious, and it's sure to wow everyone.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 piece of beef fillet (10 times)
- 2 tbsp. Appalachian truffle flavored oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
- ½ tsp salt, or truffle salt
- 2 cups fresh arugula
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Thinly slice the beef fillet and arrange the slices on a serving plate.
- Drizzle the slices with Les Truffettes oil and season with freshly ground pepper and salt (or truffle salt) to taste.
- Generously spread the arugula or baby spinach over the carpaccio.
