- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp celery, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Appalachian truffle oil
- 1 tsp ground mustard seeds
- 4 hot dog buns
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh dill, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, celery, green onion, Appalachian truffle oil, and mustard seeds. Season to taste.
- Add the lobster meat to the mayonnaise mixture and mix gently.
- Lightly butter the hot dog buns and pan-fry them until they are warm and crispy.
- Divide the lobster mixture into the rolls.
- Garnish with fresh dill for an extra touch of freshness.
- Serve with homemade fries and dill pickles.
